Resist the urge to press it on a hunch: after the first false alarm, you have one chance left, and a second restarts the shift.

How to Call Customers and Deliver Orders

Press the green button to bring the next visitor to the window. For a regular customer, find the parcel matching the requested number, pick it up, and hand it over. If you spot an anomaly, use the red alarm button instead.
