Granny: Fnaf Hospital gives you the night guard’s desk while three patients roam the building after dark. Granny, Huggy Wuggy, and Skibidi Toilet leave their rooms and head toward your station. The security cameras show where they are, but you have to decide when to shut the door.
Start by learning which camera shows each patient’s room. If one of them disappears from a feed, switch to the nearby hallways to find out where they went. Keep cycling through the cameras; watching one patient for too long can leave you unaware of the other two. The hospital’s quiet corridors make small changes matter. A room that was occupied moments ago may now be empty, and the creature could already be moving toward you.
When a camera shows someone approaching your guard post, close the door and turn on the nearby lights. Keep checking the feeds while you wait. Once the route to your station looks clear, open the door again.
Granny: Fnaf Hospital is about reacting to what you can see. Check a creature’s position before changing the door rather than leaving it closed without knowing where the threat has gone.
Use the mouse to select camera feeds and click the controls for the door and lights. Check each area in turn, paying particular attention to rooms that have suddenly emptied and hallways leading to the guard station.
Your objective is to keep the three roaming patients out until morning. They can move quickly, so return to the cameras after every defensive action.
The familiar camera-and-door survival format gets an unusual cast in this hospital. The challenge is keeping track of Granny, Huggy Wuggy, and Skibidi Toilet at the same time while deciding when your station needs protection.
Begin your shift in Granny: Fnaf Hospital and keep watch on all three patients until sunrise.
