The clinic starts in full commotion, with a packed waiting room, a receptionist handling sign ins, a hungry patient at the office door, and a nurse moving through the hall with thermometers. The collection begins nearly empty, but more patients and heroes can be unlocked over time.

The secretary, hungry patient, nurse, and other characters are part of that expanding collection. Each character can produce coins when selected, giving the hospital a direct way to fund further progress. Rare and powerful patients remain locked at first, so collecting coins and adding new units are both necessary before they can become part of the roster.

A team contains five fighters. Once a team is assembled, it can battle other players through a chosen opponent or an accepted challenge. If the matchup appears too uneven, the fight can be left before it begins. Ranking depends on the total power of every hero in the roster, which makes the full collection relevant beyond a single five fighter team. How Do Merges Build Teams

Tap characters to collect coins, then spend those coins to unlock more units. Drag one character onto another character of the same type to merge them into a higher level unit. After a merge, the new character immediately goes to find a match, allowing the transformation chain to continue as identical units become available.

Use the mouse for every part of this process. Select characters to collect their coins, drag matching types together to merge them, and choose an opponent when the team is ready to battle. The unit system stays based on matching pairs, while battles use the five fighter squad built from the characters you have unlocked.
