Room Anomaly turns your apartment into a horror puzzle built around one question: has something changed? Walk through the rooms, study the familiar surroundings, and decide whether what you see belongs there. More than 20 unique anomalies range from small visual differences to sudden jump scares.
Your next move depends on what you find during the inspection. If you spot an anomaly, press the red button first, then pass through the white door to confirm it. If everything looks normal, interact with the door and continue without pressing the button. That makes an unchanged room part of the challenge, too. Before choosing, try to identify the specific detail that seems wrong rather than assuming every visit must contain a disturbance.
Use WASD or Arrow keys to move, Mouse to look around, and left mouse button to interact. Scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in when a detail needs closer attention.
C lets you crouch, Shift lets you run, and Esc pauses the game. During your first inspection, take time to remember object positions; a clear picture of the normal layout gives you a useful reference later.
Room Anomaly asks you to stay observant even when the horror becomes more direct. Anomalies can appear in front of you, while quieter changes hide among ordinary interior details. A consistent inspection route can help: examine each room in the same order and look over both the furniture and smaller details. Use zoom to check anything uncertain before returning to the door.
The appeal is recognizing a familiar space and then discovering that something no longer fits. Players who enjoy observation puzzles get a mix of careful searching and frightening interruptions, so expect jump scares alongside the subtler discoveries.
Enter Room Anomaly, memorize the apartment, and make your first choice at the white door.
