Night Shift is a detective horror game combining observation, logic and suspense in a tense overnight security job. You’re working the reception desk of a run-down apartment building, and your job is to figure out who belongs inside and who is hiding a terrifying secret. They may all seem ordinary, but false identities, mysterious doubles and unsettling creatures mean any choice could be a life-or-death mistake. Your success depends on your attention to detail. Look at papers before opening the door. Interrogate suspicious visitors. Find inconsistencies.
You have to check everyone who comes to the apartment door, your job. Check their ID thoroughly. Cross check their details with the records you have. Look for discrepancies. Review names, addresses, appearances, belongings, phone numbers, responses to conversation. If the evidence supports the identity of the visitor, let him enter. If you see contradictions or suspicious behavior, deny entry before they can threaten the building. The longer the nights go on the harder it is to spot the imposters and the more you’ll need a sharper eye and a faster trigger finger.
Each right decision brings you one step closer to the truth of Case No. 7 but a wrong one might have deadly consequences. Do your shift, trust the evidence and try to make it through all seven nights.
